Loudoun County says the technical problem that prevented some migrated suppliers from logging in to its new Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal has been resolved. In a July 14, 2026 update, the county told suppliers they could resume the login process after creating or resetting their passwords.

The county moved its government procurement and supplier-management functions from Oracle E-Business Suite iSupplier to Oracle Fusion effective July 1. The transition affects current and prospective suppliers that use county systems to view purchasing records, maintain profiles and respond to solicitations.

For migrated suppliers that had not previously attempted a password reset, the county directed users to the link in the system-generated welcome email. If the link had expired, suppliers were instructed to select “Sign In” and then “Forgot Password.” Suppliers that had already reset a password were told to log in with their email address as the user ID and use the reset process again if the password did not work.

The transition does not place every county procurement activity in one system immediately. Loudoun’s notice says solicitations issued on or before June 30 remain in the former Oracle EBS system until they are closed, while solicitations issued on or after July 1 use Oracle Fusion. A response submitted through the wrong system will not be received, according to the county.

Historical purchase orders, payment history and past solicitation responses were not scheduled to migrate to Oracle Fusion. Suppliers were advised to preserve needed records from the former system. Businesses pursuing county work should therefore confirm both their account access and the submission system named in each solicitation.

The login update is an operational notice. It does not establish a supplier’s eligibility, the status of a bid or the outcome of an award. Those questions remain governed by the applicable solicitation and county procurement records.
